Shipping
Courier: We use courier post to courier your goods. Delivery is
Monday to Friday. You will get a tracking number when your item has been sent.
Delivery is overnight and there is no extra charge for rural delivery at the
moment.

It is up to you to track down your package if it is lost, this can be done by
calling 0800 COURIER (0800 268 7437).
World wide shipping: Items are sent via Air mail and take 5-7 working
days to arrive. You will be sent an item identifier, there is no tracking.
Returns
If we send you the wrong bulb we will send you the correct one and a track pack
to send the wrong one back.
If you select the wrong bulb you can return it at your cost for a credit.
Refunds will only be given in special circumstances.
Warranty
All my products carry a 6 month replacement warranty. You will be required to
send the faulty goods back to me at your cost and I will send you a replacement
at my cost. Refunds will only be given in special circumstances. |
